We have over 8+ years of experience in professional video production, But we offer more than just video production; we provide guidance and planning to help your brand grow online. You can book an official consultation call with us using Calendly. The call typically last around 30 minutes. After the call, we dedicate 1 hour to researching your business to provide tailored advice. Our consultation fee for the call and one hour of research is $65.00.

After the initial consultation call, we charge a standard rate of 65/hr for most work related to research and development, consulting, or project management. 

Travel Rates

 

We are available to travel across the US to provide our services (contact us for info about international travel)

Our driving rate is $1.00 per mile. 

For flying, we charge for our cost of plane tickets, plus a fee of $250 per day of travel.

We've outlined three example packages below to provide a rough estimate of the cost for your project.

Keep in mind that the duration of your project may vary, which will influence the final cost. Once your project is completed, we'll calculate the total hours spent and provide you with the final bill.
One way we can lower the cost is by capturing as much content as possible within a shorter timeframe, thereby minimizing time spent. However, certain projects may require two or more full days of filming instead of one. While this incurs an additional charge, (which would add a day rate of $1,000-$1,400 depending if there is one or two filming makers) it may be necessary to ensure the highest level of production quality and meet your project's requirements effectively.

We require 50% down payment before we start your project. We may require the last 50% in smaller payments as we work on your project. (final cost after completion of your project may vary from initial estimate)

1. Professional Business Commercial Package (Estimate $3,420 + Travel Costs)

Filmed and edited at our Level 1 (Professional).

Includes the main video 3-5 minute duration, plus two condensed versions of the full video. (1 minute version & 30 second version).

Full day of Level 1 Filming (two man Film Crew) $1,400

15 hours of Level 1 Editing $1500

8 hours of Preproduction/Project management $520

Includes the main video 2-3 minute duration, plus one condensed version of the full video. (30 second version).

3. Simple Business Promo Package (Estimate $350 + Travel Costs) + one hour per month setting up your videos as Facebook Ads. ($65/month).

(Filmed and edited at our Level 2 (Standard).

Includes a very simple video of your business (1-2 minute duration). We will film it within 2 hours, during this time we will also film 5-10 reels for social media.

This content is Ideal to use as Facebook ads to promote your small local business. We film videos that are engaging and target your local customer base. We have no doubt this package will objectively increase customers at your local business.
